I don't notice twitching of any kind when I'm in the gym using the muscles. In fact, my calves seem to "calm down" for hours afterwards. Problem is, 2 days later, they go crazy (exercise intolerance?) Is it typical of BFS to have twitching mostly when the muscle is at rest?
