Vascular Disease and Aching Limbs

I was reading that vascular disease and poor circulation can cause achy, crampy feelings in the limbs.

Has anybody ever raised this with their doctors or been tested for it?

When my hand is aching and cramping the veins really bulge noticeably more than the non-achy hand.

Andybody else have bulging veins with the achy feelings?

Actually, that was the first thing my GP checked. He did an EKG on me when I first came to him about the twitching because he did say that twitching could be a sign of circulation issues or blood clots and the EKG would show something. It was fine, but I do, still, get swollen ankles every once in awhile, but I am a female, on my feet alot and about 20-25 lbs overweight (unfortunately) and have always had issues with vericose veins from my years of waitressing while in school. Who really knows....
