noturnus,it´s just medical terminology! there are many ways to characterize a normal finding, they write it like your doc did or e.g. "without pathological findings",....you have to move on now, you won´t get more than an all clear.

noturnus,i think i know what you mean... as written in bfs in a nutshell there are no rules for bfs-twitches and i remember from reading through the archive that there are some people on the board who have one muscle twitch in different places with clean emg and nothing but bsf.

13 months for me also.... this time last year i was a basket case, never thought i would make it so far without being in a wheelchair...i still twitch (though twiching slowed down a lot), and like you still have some anxiety sometimes but i am over the als fear at last.take care, Smiley_20
