ALS and Sleep - Hands Included?

Simona_Star,Numb hands in the morning is VERY common. I have them as do many other people on this forum. Don't worry. I get them every day. Some days my entire hand is numb. Other days, its just a couple fingers and I get this in both hands. I think its just that our nerves are hyperexcited and/or irritated. If you sleep with your arms up on your chest, this will cause your hands to go numb. -Matt
