    Frequent Twitching in my Hands/Wrists?

Yes on the palm of my hand. I notice it will go c razy when I get stressed out or if I'm really tired. Anxiety seems to trigger it for me. It's more like tiny blood vessels are going into spasm and my fleshy part of my palm will be moving nonstop until my nerves finally calm down.

    Crippling Electrical Burning and Twitching

It sounds like parasthesia. Have you checked your vitamin b12 levels? Maybe, because you can't absorb nutrients well through your digestive tract, you may ask your doctor about vitamin b12 injections if indeed you are deficient.

Possible Eye Twitch on Christmas Eve?

Is it even possible. On christmas eve, something strange happened to my right eye. I felt like I saw flashing lights in a pulsating (like a twitch) rhythm. I went to ER and they think it's cause I was dehydrated. My eyeball actually felt like it was going numb for a few seconds and as if my...

    Heart Palpitation/Fluttering Sensation

Yes I had that! It lasted 6 months or so. I notice I got it when I overstretched my neck when using the computer. A lot of people say it's related to GERD/Reflux. I think it's a combo of poor posture and maybe reflux even if you don't feel heartburn. Do you get air grapepie or feel like you have...

41 YO Newbie: Insomnia & Internal Shakes

A disc bulge can cause these symptoms even though doctors may say otherwise. There are so many tiny nerves it could be pressing on that the MRI won't show, plus MRI laying down is different from standing position so MRI may not pick up everything. I have a disc bulge too and believe it's causing...

    Help needed with buzzing sensations

Yes, I've had the neck sensation years ago... I was going crazy thinking I had MS. They told me it was due to very tight neck muscles. I used to have a tendency of laying my chin on my hand (which also cause neck muscles to dislocate). But after doing neck exercises it slowly got better. My...

Thanks for the reassurance. I've also had what I believe to be throat twitching which is actually worse than tongue twitching. My throat fluttered for at least 3 months every day and it finally stopped. Now I'm experiencing this tongue twitching so it's a bit stressful, but I have a strong...
