Mine started out in my calves then went all over and mean every nook and cranny. Now it is in my left foot 90 percent of the time and up my left leg with a few everywhere twitches.

Great news!! I know its hard to believe this is benign. Only those who experience this crazy disorder understand. All of have been ok. Every last one of us. We all have our days and in time we all learn to accept this for the most part. 2 EMG 1 MRI 3 CT's and here I am. Twitching as I type.
