Two Year Anniversary with BFS

I am embarking on my 2 year anniversary with BFS. April will be two years. For the last year my BFS has been quiet. Lately, I have been having base of the skull headaches on the left side and the left side only followed by left arm biceps and triceps twitching. The twitching has been all day and I was wondering if it was related to my headache or to BFS. Any of you have skull based headaches. I notice more twitching with these occurrences.

All the time. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia (incase that's where your heading) My dad was diagnosed with BFS in 1994 at Emory. I have the same issues he does, and don't believe I have Fibromyalgia. I, like all of us here, have some kind of autoimmune disorder that has not been properly characterized, all because it's benign. It might not be debilitating but we all certainly have our bad days.

I have the occasional bad headache, but nothing a few ibuprofen and sleep won't eventually knock out. What do you mean by a skull based headache? Are you trying to differentiate between migraines, cluster headaches, etc.?Nothing wrong with a diagnosis of FM, for what it's worth. A friend of mine has it, and deals with aches, cramps, fatigue, and headaches. But she doesn't have the fasciculations that are the "F" in BFS/CFS.
