I know it's disconcerting to feel soreness that you're not used to and can't explain, but it seems like a lot of folks on this forum have experienced the same thing. Happened to me with my left leg -- and actually, that leg still feels oddly stiff at times. When I mentioned it to my neuro he just kind of shrugged and didn't seem worried about it. I think when we're anxious for long periods of time, we can have too much cortisol streaming through our body, and that causes our muscles to become tight/sore. At least that's how my dr explained it to me (my homeopath, that is). He told me to sleep more (easier said than done with a baby who's keeping me up all night!), take extra B vitamins, and relieve my anxiety through massage, yoga, breathing exercises, etc. The achiness is better these days, and hopefully, you'll feel better soon, too!
