Hi allStill twitching away as ever , I have got used to it now and just get on with things .I was wondering if any of you get a stiff kneck and shoulder pain ,I have started to get them quite regular now .

A neurologist will check you out, do a EMG then quickly tell you that you have nothing to worry about .It's as simple as that .

It's just BFS .Once you get your health anxiety controlled and concentrate on living life it will start to relieve your twitching .although if you only twitch on one side you could have a trapped nerve somewhere .Perhaps someone will be along soon to give you a bit of advice about that.I have...

That's it .My rib cage under my left arm would ache like hell for days alsoThen the really stiff neck and painful spine base of the kneck.It has to be some kind of Inflammation .Quite incredible to know this could be linked to BFS.

I had a terrible pounding pulse in my left year for months .Then I had paresthesia in my face . Then the twitching started 24/7.The pulse and numbness have gone now .But the BFS is going strong .All the best
