well-come to this board.............After reading ya post looks to me as ideal BFS.As u said ur anxious personality n u r having fascics since 4 yrs,why u have not consulted neuro? I advice u to get first clinically examined by a well-known neuro and get all investigations emg n other blood...

nice update secretagentman.How do u corelate gut with bfs.?What dietary changes u made n what is leaky gut?Pl.elaborate.I too have gut issues like milk n wheat intolerance.I stopped such foods but still have bfs.

i too have same issues while brushing,combing,writing etc.Mostly bfs related fatigue, nothing related to true weakness.take care.BAILY.

Jakay it is not d way to look for atrophy at that place.U have to assess muscle bulk in a relaxed state and what u r showing is just an apposite ie muscles in contraction state.Atrophy at that place is best seen by observing the volume of bulk of mass becoming prominent after u touch ur thumb...
