Describing Personal Twitches

Just curious how people would describe their twitches. Originally, mine started out with electrical twitches firing off all over my calves with random "thumpers" and "popcorn" type twitches in every other body part including my tongue. Over the past 10 months, my twitches have kind of evolved. They are definitely more frequent. My calves still go 24/7 but at times are much stronger than they were in the beginning. I do still get plenty of "thumpers", random "pops", moving fingers, moving toes, tongue twitches, tingling, etc. And they go all day long without any breaks. I get really jealous when I hear people say that their twitches calm down because mine never do. So my question for everyone is just how would you describe your twitching.A. Random twitches in different body parts that come and go. Usually one muscle at a time.B. More of a systemic twitching... meaning that you get multiple twitches going at the same time so it feels like your whole body is irritated.C. Both but more B than AD. Both but more A than BE. All over the board. Can't say. Also, do you guys get tongue twitching? I've always been confused as to why some of us have it and other don't. Especially those who twitch in every muscle EXCEPT their tongues. That has always confused me. I get LOTS of tongue twitching and they suck, haha. Hate em.For me, I'd say C best describes my twitching. My calves and feet are always going, every second of every day. In addition to that, its like my whole body is irritated. In a 5 second span, I'll get pops in my shoulder, leg, forearm, back, shoulder. So its like they are twitching in unison. Just curious as to what you guys are experiencing.-Matt

I would have to say that I am an A...however my twitches are primarily on my right side. My twitches have calmed down considerably since my emg but have been replaced by crampy painful feelings. I have to keep reminding myself it is BENIGN.

I'm an A. My twitches are primarily in my calves, occasionally my feet, and various spots in upper body. For the most part they are all "thumpers", very strong, sometimes singlular but usually I'll get several in a row. As for the tongue, once every blue moon I get one but that's maybe 5 times a month. Usually it only happens when I'm scared suddenly or seriously stressed. I'm sorry yours is so active, I keep hoping you'll post one of these days that they've slowed. Frances
