Hi all,I am about 7 months in to my BFS journey (clean EMG 2.5 months in, excellent neuro exams) and the twitching has subsided some, but I always seem to find something else to worry me. I have been a runner for quite some time and am decent running shape right now- training for a half marathon in early May, running 20+ miles a week at an 8:00 minute mile pace. Today, I tried yoga to help with some hip/hamstring tightness I have been experiencing and found myself shaking like a leaf. The trembling persisted a few minutes after holding a pose and even in the car on the way home. Anyone else ever experienced this phenomenon? I have tried yoga couple of times in the past and don't remember the shaking (although, I wasn't focused on neuro nasties at the time, so it certainly could have occured without my recollection).
