The west is slow to adopt new treatments and drugs due to ivory tower arrogance, in china they've been doing stem cell treatments for spinal cord repair and als for years, the problem is nobody knows how succesful they really were ... I think for people that are desperate they should allow unorthodox treatments that have safety proven.
