Been a while since i posted here. Been over 2 years and 4 months for me and still having a tough time with this BFS nonsense. Anyone else like me.... I will have a few good days.. or even few good weeks and then BAM!!! Ill get a hotspot and all the anxiety and fears come back. Dont fear a** anymore, thats been ruled out..... but still my anxiety goes through the roof when i get a new hot spot. Sometimes the hotspot will last for an hour, sometimes for a day, sometimes for a week, but these hotspots are tough to deal with... As we speak i have a new hotspot that just started on tha arch of my heel thats driving me crazy!!!! Hope it goes away soon.

Hi danny, it will go away for sure and it is perfectly normal tha they irritate you. I think everybody have his or her own way to get used to BFS circus program - someone needs a month. someone a year, someone more...Hugs,Yulia

Don't let them scare you! I know easier said than done, but thats the way it is! I constantly have hotspots, mostly my neck probably, but everywhere at some point.Ignore them, laugh at them, count them, embrace them lol, do what ever to take your mind off the worst case scenario which you most certainly do not have, you've been twitching for 2 years, any neuro would giggle if you mentioned the possibility of a disease after so long!i honestly find my twitching interesting now rather than scary (unless its on my tongue, they're just annoying lol), and i know that sounds crazy, but take it how it is and live life! I still have bad days, but the mind is immensely powerful, and if you learn to control it and focus on the good and push the scares away, life will be lived happier :)
