I have been twitching for 2 months. Mine started with one day of lower lip twitches. Then, I noticed them all over my body. Mine don't seem to stay 24/7 in one place. I feel thumps all over-my bottoms of my feet are the worst. Sometimes one thump sometimes 10 thumps then done. THey seem to be slow twitches, not the kind I get under my eye(fast twitches). I also notice my right arch of my foot feels a little sore, and my feet cramp easily. My tongue is in a constant quiver.(but my son looks the same) I have no problems walking on my heels or toes. At one month of twitching I had a neuro friend check me over. My reflexes were fine and no atropy or weakness. He said I had nothing to worry about just benign twitches. Does this sound like BSF? Does these twitches sound like yours? Just when I think I am ovewr worrying, it starts up a little bit. I am an RN so that does not help.
