Twitching & Tingling in Feet

Hello,
do u all experiance twitching and tingling in the soles of your feet like crazy? It just scares me. sometimes I feel like I am going to lose my mind. then it goes up my calves like electric currents. When my husband rubs my feet it feels so good and helps a lot. Julie

Oh yes, soles of my feet, especially the arches. Drives me nearly mad sometimes. 24/7, worse at night when I am relaxed. You are in good company here, many ofus suffer with the same.

I have three recommendations that help me with the dancing feet.

1. Soak your feet in a small tub with warm water and epsom salts at night for about 15-20 minutes.
2. Buy well cushioned shoes and then purchase comfortable insoles for the shoes.
3. They are not the best looking shoes in the world but I immediately put on my Birkenstocks when I return home from work.
4. To keep my love of Birkenstocks and still wear dress shoes. I purchased a pair of Birkenstock shoe inserts that give extra arch support.

These steps help but do not stop the twitches.
