Twitching Returned After Vacation

Well last week I had two days where I did not even twitch once. I went on vacation and I was very relaxed. I had quite a few beverages while on vacation. All the while I was enjoying my mimosa mornings I feared that I would reactivate my twitches. Well it didn't. This week I have been tired and have stopped to get coffee twice yesterday and today and OH HELL! have the twitches come back. I completely cut out caffeine and had only had 2 glasses of tea in the last two months. I have been having a couple of beers every night because I can't get out of vacation mode coupled with morning coffee. One note I must add that I didn't start drinking coffee until April and that 's when my twitches started. I also took something called ZIJA (I don't recommend) and its got caffeine in it and I really think aside from the infections that this is really what set me off. It is a diet drink -well I lost 7 pounds in 8 days and ended up in massive widespread twitches. I am just trying to connect why I am having these things. It appears the caffeine of course is an antagonist but for some reason all the vitamins dramatically helped me. I am pretty sure that caffeine depletes vitamins and minerals. My forearm has been going nuts today. My hands have been a hotspot for a month. I go back to the Nuero for my check up next week. I will note that since the end of July ,aside from the flexeril therapy, that my twitches have been very mild. Next week will mark 6 months of twitching-No weakness but still crazy with thinking what if. Also question. I have been having electrical impulsed here and there kind of feel like twitches with electricity for those that have stuck there finger in the outlet as a child. You know what I am talking about. Any insight much appreciated.

Caffeine is a definite no no for me too. I gave it up about 3 years ago when the twitches started. And yes, flexeril will calm my twitches too...too bad it makes me feel like a zombie. lol. Glad you got 2 full days of relief. You will get more I am sure :)
