Twitching in One Leg: Worried

hi. i've had a twitches in almost every muscle in the one leg for a couple of weeks. sometimes in the calf, sometimes in the thigh, and sometimes behind the knee and the back of the leg. i don't get anywhere near as much twitching in other places but i have felt the odd twitch in my arms, chest, and sometimes in the other leg, but not as much as this one leg. i'm worried because the twitching is in this one limb more than any other. should i be worried? i don't feel weak at all, but i read that als can begin in one limb then spread. i'm very worried.

I wouldn't be worried about this... the twitching associated BFS can go anywhere anytime, and stay there forever, or move on to the next spot within seconds.. This sounds like BFS to me.

I get those twitches all the time-every muscle in legs & elsewhere. Some areas are worse than others-my left side has always twitched the most. Don't worry! When they say spreading they don't mean twitches skiping around like you describe.
