Hello all,I just wanted to give you a quick update. I have been twitching for 20 month now and still do joy have weakness. I had jelly leg feeling and always thought it was weakness I could barely walk my ankle would feel like it's dropping and my thighs would feel sore. All these symptoms went away except off twitching. I am actually twitching all over right now and I mean it. I notice that my twitching increase dramatically after exertion. I have played soccer for 2 hours and before tuft I worked out in gym Do over exertion increase twitching ?

Sometime for me yes it does and sometimes not It's very unpredictable but I would say yes the more I run or do something like that I twitch way more Maybe try giving up the gym and 2 hrs of soccer in the same and see it helps The best thing I found is just to forget about it an destress And sonetimes sports Is the best way Thanks

I felt ok after my 2nd emg Twitches went down and I felt a bit better The twitches haven't stopped and I've tried to stay off here for my own sanity. You get to a certain point and I feel like you have to leave. Then I checked in and started reading another thread here on MND and it brought back all my bad thoughts and I started questioning everything once again How you been?

I am glad to hear that you are getting better. I have been great. I barely come on here. I am over the fear of having something bad. It would have shown by now I still twitch like crazy but they don't bother me at all. I still have dent in my thighs but never turned out to be anything bad. I quit in having EMG. Last time it was somewhere around feb that's when I texted you. Lost my job due to lay off now looking for another one Stressful time but I try to keep it under control
