So for the past couple of days I have been so sore and stiff everywhere (id say cramps too but, ive had cramps and those come on sudden and hurt). Its in my arms, legs, hands, feet, shins, and back. I wanted to see if anyone else gets like this and if it goes away?I'm taking 600 mg of neurontin and 15 mg of mirtazipine before I sleep. And, my CK levels according to my psychiatrist were "boring and nothing to worry about".wtf is wrong with me?

Hey guy, I too am going thru a stage of having pain and stiffness all over..I'm 9 months into the bfs journey..my dr seems to think its Fibromyalgia as well as bfs....I've gone thru these stages a couple of times in the last 9 months....hope it settles down for u.... :)

same thing here. Are you an axious person predating the pain? I am.I find its critical to have daily destressing rotual which i ignored thos year to my own detriment.

It really sucks. I just had an MRI yesterday and believe me I'm stressed out besides that. School/ Lab/Work its like 8-11 hour days of non stop *beep*.

Well, the stress is GOOD NEWS because if you learn to get it in check you can manage all this crud. Are you at UC Davis? Pretty campus there.Remember your academics is a long term race and if you fall down and break your legs you will have a less successful finish than if you pace yourself. You also want to control stress now, because over a lifetime it is a killer.

I get stiffness and soreness all over... one major area is my lower back. Also, my legs and shoulders seems to always be stiff. No worries.

When I wake up I walk like an eighty year old woman. It takes an hour or two to get over that first thing. I have pain from head to toe in some form every single day and have now for the last year. I'm getting some relief from Savella for fibro, but honestly without Ultram on the really bad days I would just crawl back in bed and cry. Areas especially bad: jaw area, back of neck, shoulders, forearms, lower back, hips, knee area, shins and calves, bottom of feet. Not all of these every single day, but always a variation of three or four along with stiffness and all kinds of sensory issues. Its a b.i.t.c.h.Frances
