Seeking Advice on Body Wraps

Ok this is probably silly I'm doing a post on this but I have to ask every there advise. I have been wanting to do a body wrap to clear all toxins ect in the body.I'm scared I will twitch more if sweat is drawn from my body. Any advise would be great. Hi Ashley!I really do not recommend doing this before your run. It may mess with your hydration and your electrolytes and you don't want to do that before a run. But, sometime later on, after you've done your run, I don't see why not.Mitra
 
Agreed on Mitra's post. Dehydration at this point will play havoc with your electrolytes. Losing fluids before your run could also draw salt and calcium leading to cramps on your run. Stay properly hydrated
