Rapid Twitches in Left Delt

Everytime I start to feel better, some new weirdness. All morning, been getting rapid twitches in my left delt that I can see through my suit jacket. Looks like machine gun fire. Anyone?

I have the twitches in my upper arms every once in a while. Usually after I have done something like raking leaves or lifted something heavy.

I've had those kind of rapid twitches on/off near my shoulder blade and also on both sides of my chest. Very disturbing but luckily go away after an hour or so.

Absolutely. I think just about everyone I know (those without BFS) have had those happen.

People at my gym would get them all of the time. Either shoulder or bicep. My husband (who very rarely twitches) gets these from time to time also.
