Painful Twitching near Right Shoulder

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii allSo, with all this BFS malarkey, i've always had this tingly, pressure, twitchy type feeling on my back, around my right shoulder blade.. It started off in just a tiny area and over the months that passed spread a small distance around my back, not much though, still central around my right shoulder bladeI didn't have this feeling for around 4-6 weeks, but just recently it came back again, with another more scary symptom... Basically, in this area, i now have a severe fatigue feeling during the course of the dayPast few days i will wake up with no pain, but then in half an hour or so, it will start to feel tired and achy, and with certain activities (like writing college essays!) it gets really painful and i have to rest it, but its hard to find a position that can help relieve the pain... The pain feels like i've held weights above my head with my arm for hours  - thats the best way to describe itSo yeh, im pretty sure its not BFS but something more scary, just generally because of the nature of it, how it started off with tingling, now fatiguing, whats next.. weakness?I had an EMG around 6 weeks ago now, all came back clear, also had an MRI the same week but havnt got my results back yet so i am hopeful nothing bad showed up in that either.. really dont know what to make of this pain.... Heeeeeeeeeeeeelp

I share this issue. Until recently I would wake up feeling great (a little shaky some days - see other posts) but as the day "kicked in", say an hour or so down the line, I started to feel sore and uncomfortable. Luckily this has actually been relieved lately by appointments with a medical massage therapist who does trigger point massage (this sounded silly to me at first but the results have made me a believer). It's a very intense massage process but it's important to go longer than once or twice. So much tension had built up in my back over this issue that it was actually causing me physical pain in my limbs. It's significantly improved since I've been 4 times now. Give it a go, it's been the best money that I've spent dealing with this issue so far! She also said that pretty much all of her patients get fasciculations in their backs as she's massaging them, which for me was nice to hear as well.
