Packed Neuro Appointment Waiting

Well I am at the neuros for my six week check up. The room is packed and there is only one of him. The woman at least I think she is a woman beside me said last time she was here her appointment was at 2 and she didn't get out until 7 30. The upside of being here.....I feel really young.

This is just a check up. I'm not sure how many of these he will make me come too. Some older gentleman just looked at two women in wheelchairs and said well you didn't walk up here how'd you get up here. I'm guessing he didn't see the elevator. How rude. I just got taken back and I am in the freaking emg room. Here comes the anxiety.

Well he said everything looks benign. Said my muscles and nerves according to the EMG are very healthy. Told me I didn't need to come back unless the twitches flared up. He still thinks I have fibro. He tried to stick me on more muscle relaxers and I politely declined. I just cant' tolerate that stuff. Told me to stick to the diet and exercise.

Well there you go. I cant handle the muscle relaxers either. I'm glad it all went good. Did you tell him that you kind of need to be having a decent amount of widespread pain to have Fibro?? LOL.
