Is it normal with BFS to experience alot of trembling in my body when I move or try to hold my body in a certain position. I notice it all the time, and it always translates to my brain "weakness". Makes me feel like a trembling 90 year old lady. And if I get caught off gard by a load noise or something, my whole body just startes shaking, What is that?? And is all this normal for BFS??

It is not weakness. With real (worth worrying) weakness you simple are not able do move anymore. It's normal that the muscles are tired and they tremble when you make an effort that they aren't used to do. I had this kind of thing (I have it from time to time) but my muscles still work and they do what they are supposed to. Don't worry with that. Maybe it's just a sign that you have to work (to use) some muscles much more. In the worst case, it's Essential Tremor, which is not a big deal. RegardsCarlos

All part of the package with your weird ongoing trip with BFS. It will get better, but you may have times that you feel it again. I think that most of us with BFS get this especially early on. Anxiety really sets it off.Don't worry... it is all part of the same benign problem.Chip

Trembling is pretty normal. Its just becourse that you have read dreadful things on the internet, that you begin to worrry about everything in your body...I mean: how many here did know the terms; clonus, tremors, facikulations, PN, EMG, ALS, MS and so on before they began to surf around? Not that many, heh?
