New to Board with BFS?

Hello everyone I am new to the board and wanted to ask a question. I am 24 years old and have had fasiciculations starting about 4 months ago. They are widespread, i mean everywhere! I have no weekness. I have an appointment with my neourlogist on the 12th. It sounds a lot like bfs besides that everywhere i read it says with bfs the fasiciculation goes away imedetly after moving the muscle with the fasiciculation in it but mine does not. For instince if i am having the fasiciculation in my arm i will move it up and down and while i am moving it up and down and all around its still there. Should i be worried about somthing more serios going on? Or do some of you BFS sufferes have experince with this also? Please help, info needed. Thanks
Ashley

Also in my case the twitching doesn't go away in any case i move the muscle. On the side of my arms sometimes there are really strong ones and I can only make them "drown" in a pretty strong activation of that muscle. But they are still there when I let loose. Interestingly though, these strong and long fasciculation episodes come like a thunderstorm in the summer and vanish within hours. Often they rest for weeks then.
Today I started getting cramps all over my body, pretty terrible. But the Neuro says it is benign and I guess it is if the muscle that was twitching yesterday like hell was checked 2 weeks ago in an EMG and I heard it myself: there was pure silence in rest.

Ah, and one thing that helps for me: taking long walks. Gym is pretty bad (sometimes within hours, sometimes only a day later) but walking and swimming make it better.
