New Symptoms: Neck/Throat Jerks

With this relapse has come a few new symptoms for me. I searched and couldn't find anyone experiencing this---so thought I'd post on it. I get what feels like a "quick jerk" on both sides of my neck (or throat) on the outsides, top of neck/throat, right under the bottom of my mouth, (could even be the bottom musle of my mouth)---it happens so fast it's hard to tell. Sometimes it feels as if it quickly moves my tongue, (which I guess it would if it's a quick jerk under it somewhere). Anyway, it's new to me and different from your run of the mill twitches, more of a quick jerk of entire muscle or both sides, (if you lay your index fingers horizonally pointed toward your body, under your jaw and against your throat--it's kind of in that area.) Very rarely, but yes, I experience this occasionally. However, I'm almost certain it's a side effect of Paxil as I've begun having a lot of issues in the mouth and jaw area after I began taking it. And when it happens, I can also feel it through my tongue.
