Navigating Health Anxiety After Cancer Scare

Yeah, my left lower leg was most twitchy, especially in the arch. At its height, it was like a nest of bees was in there buzzing and trying to get out. I would flex or extend at my ankle and my entire foot would slowly pulsate back into position. Weirdest thing and I'm thinking.. is this a part of drop foot? Is this clonus? What in the name of all that's holy is going on? It took months but it eventually died down. But every now and then I get a weird new kind of twitch and it sends me back momentarily, just a little, to those dark days. And then I laugh to myself... crazy BFS.

it is. Although because I've not been told I have BFS (or anything else,) I'm just dreaming out! I feel the soles of my feet twitch and itch whist flat in the ground x
