My Legs Are Twitching - Whats Going On?

AHHHHH!!Seriously, this is crazy. My legs are twitching a lot. This was the case for me back in November too. Back then, though, the twitches were more in line with bigger thumps and they never happened when I was moving around (only at rest). Now they are more like little fluttery/tingly twitches that I feel but do not see.....and they seem to happen at any point in time (or all the time). Does it make any difference, or is it more/less serious, if the twitches are small/flutters instead of thumpers and/or if they happen moving and at rest (still more often at rest)? Is there anthing I can do to get this flare-up to stop (also having hand/feet cramps/pain and muscle fatigue). It's driving me batty!Thanks...Jess

I can totally relate, Jess. My hands, and sometimes my feet are hurting all the time now. It's not only annoying, but I'm very concerned about it. I guess we can take a little comfort knowing we're not the only ones.Becky

Hi Jess!!I dont really have a magic answer as to how to make it stop, but I can reassure you this is just a flare up. The flutter type twitch vs. the thumper type twitch really doesnt matter, they are both BFS twitches and neither mean anything more or less than the other...and you already know that worrying and stressing about it does nothing but make it worse...and I know how hard it is not to worry. Here is what I do...Take a warm bath/showerHave a drink (soundsoap98 Comfort is my 1st choice) :D) I wouldnt recommend doing this at work, before or during driving, or while taking care of children lolol!! Make LOOOOVEEEEEEEEE ;) I am a huge fan of armatheropy, I believe Leslie is becomming one as well.Go for a walk or bike rideAnything that will remove your twitches from the front of your mind, even just for a little bit, will help.I hope this gets better for you soon...but remember two things, 1) It doesnt matter the type of twitch, or where, when it occurs and 2) you are not alone...by far. :D)

Jess, you are not alone. My legs twitch constantly. I get the flutter and thumper type. Just keep repeating, BFS over & over. You will get through it.
