Left Side More Active in FASCICS?

I've noticed that all of my symptoms (especially fascics) are worse on the left side (I am right hand dominant). Don't get me wrong... my right side gets it's fair share of activity, but the left side seems to be --BY FAR-- my most active. My hotspots include the tricep, forearm, upper ribs and area near deltoid, calves, arch of foot and occasionally in the abdomen. Which side of the body is most active?

Same here ! Left side , im right handed too ! Omg i have this hot spot I'm my left deltoid biceps triceps , it hits me every few days is non stop 24 big thumpers moving the whole muscle like if I would have dynamite inside ! Then after a day or two it stops and my arm is sore !!!Right hand I get them too but never a whole day thing ! Hate it !!!

Left side, specially left foot and after i had it The Whole Day in my left arm 2 days ago, i now have pain in my left arm , Bibi

How the heck did I rotate my pic 45 degrees? Lmao. Anyhow, my shoulder girdle (guess that includes deltoid, upper ribs and back) is very busy. I also have aching when an area has really been busy.

I occasionally feel an internal tremor, and have a vibratory feeling that runs up the back of my leg like a seamed stocking (from foot to top of thigh). Comes and goes.

I'm with you Nytwister. Mostly left side despite being right handed. Left foot and calf the main source of twitching and stiffness. Left arm and hand main source of pain.Tom

My left side is going crazy. Mostly my left bicep, forearm, thigh and both feet :D) Im right hand dominated too, Im twitching one year.Im shaking from time to time, mainly left arm.Bless, Piotr :)

I twitch all over but my hotspots are almost all left-sided. I write with my left hand but do everything else righty. So, I'm not sure what I am, haha. But yeah, as I sit here right now, I'm getting little pops and flickers all over my arms, thighs, back, shoulders. If I sit still and count for 1 minute, I can count more than 20 twitches that I feel. Again, they are like little flickers. If I happen to catch them visibly, you can see the muscle indent quickly. On top of this, I get my usual machine gun types and hotspots that are stronger and more visible. This sucks. 3 years in and I still hate BFS!-Matt

My left side is also worse (right handed). I tremble after exercise, especially anything isometric and have tremors/vibrations when falling asleep and waking. I also have migrating parathesia and stiffness/soreness.

Bobo, machine gun triggers? You're too cool for school lol. I anxiously await my first machine gun fascics. I also have other symptoms which are predominantly left sided.

Right handed, most of twitching is on my left side.Tremors, pain, lots of vibrations, some spasms. Some muscles been twitching non stop for months, specially face.Vibrating muscles get tired very easily and in pain. Interesting to see the left side twitching madness. Something i have been noticing lately is the feeling of my heart pumping in muscles,im not sure if its a rhythm twitch or is it nerves being sensitive to blood pressure flow.

Left side. Hot spot is Upper bicep, tricep and elbow. Thumpers that sometimes jerks my arm. Machine gun firing every now and then. I have twitches in calves etc but the worse ones are on left arm. going on two years with this hotspot. I'm right handed. I take magnesium twice a day 400 mg. sometimes that helps. Anybody have things they do or take to quiet the twitches and tremors down?
