Left Foot Toe Spasms: Need Advice

Help Me,My little toe on my left foot has started moving on it's own. It juts out to the left every 30 seconds or so and if I move it that way it spasms out of control....It started with an "uncomfortable" 'restless" feeling and then it just started twitching like crazy one day. Please tell me someone else has this, I went to the neurologist and he didn't seem concerned about it. Please Help as I am scared out of my wits.....

this also happened to me during the time that my twitches were at their worst a couple months ago-- i am fully expecting these to re-appear but for now they are gone-- pretty weird to lay on the bed and watch your toes wiggle...others have had this too--

not only my pinky but all my toes twitch like crazy most of the time. When I am in rest I feel a strange sensations in my toes something like they are restless just like you described, then they start to twitch, sometimes they curl towards the arches and when I resist they come back. When I move my feet they stop twitching.My neurologist think its a kind of restless leg syndrome although I don`t feel urge to move my legs. I don`t know what to think about it.
