Is Fatigue and Tingling Normal with Twitching?

I was just wondering, lately my twitching has greatly reduced. I very rarely get twitches anymore. However, lately I have been feeling the fatigue on and off and more recently tingling in my left hand (especially in the tip of my ring and pinky finger). My hand also falls asleep really easily when I sleep at night. I guess my question is: Is it normal to experience some of the other symptoms (besides twitching) without the twitching present?

Hi there, this is kind of similar to my experiences. I have periods of mega twitching, where i feel as if every part of my body has twitched at some point during the course of the day. Lately however i have awful tingling in my feet and numbness around my knee, worsening at night. I also find that my hand and leg seems to "fall asleep" very easily and this often wakes me more than once during the night. I have been back and forth to my GP since March of last year and have had a clear MRI of the brain. Still i am having the same problems and still i am no nearer to knowing what it is. I pray that it is BFS.

Ive been preaching about people w/ twitching getting lab work lately and I discovered and you can find on the net that low B12 can cause neurological symptoms and tingling in the body any where in the body. Some times you have to request your B12 to be tested so if you have lab work done request that.Lovely
