How I Manage BFS

Well, I've got six months of BFS under my belt. My twitches have went from thousands a day to a couple hundred, mostly small quivery types in left calf and arch of left foot, and the occasional popping twitch random body wide. Here is what I've learned:Every morning I get out of bed, walk downstairs, take a shower, drink a cup of coffee, brush my hair and teeth and get dressed.Do you know how many moments of reassurance are included in that? TONS!!! I wouldn't be doing ANY of that if something nasty was afoot! Now granted I have my "shakey" days where I'll have a tremor here or there, but everything still works.I still twitch, tremor, vibrate and cramp- but my life carries on.Remember in every movement you make, it's proof that you are OK!

Nice reminder of how much we all do automatically every day without even thinking about it. Good job reaching this point just six months in!
