Hot Spot in Temple - Benign?

I have had a hot spot in my temple for months now, it' not nice but remember it't benign.

I am queen of temple twitching!!!!!
Both temples and right jaw have been twitching for about 3 months now!
It's very scary at first but you'll get used to it!
