Help Needed: Hypothenar Issue

I,I'm very bad, since 2 months my hypothenar have buzzing and twitching (not seems but visible when i focus). I have the same twitch im my elbow and pain in my elbow and fore arms nerves. I'have neuro appointment schedule octob 9th.Please help

I've had this for 18 months it's nothing..with bfs any muscle can and may twitch and buzz at sometime..I hope your neuro appt helps with your anxiety...

It's very disturbing, i have a lots of hands parathesia,nerve pain...i don't understand myself and why.
