Hello, I've had a GOOD day today! Not much twitching or weirdness in my thumb or knee. I spent most of yoday with my gorgeous children and their grandparents doing nice things, and do yoy know what? It felt good and I was less focused on me. Now im not saying that tomorrow might not be bad but I reallt think just trying to think of other things really helps. I thought id share that with you allxxx

That is always good to hear. I am a roller coaster. Today, not much sleep, so feeling achy & twitches throughout day. Yesterday, slept well & got a lot done with fewer twitches. Really wish fatigue & desire to lay down would go away. I will be glad when I can get off the roller coaster!

Great to hear. They key for many of us getting past our anxious fears is to shift focus from our weird symptoms to real life. Immerse yourself in activities/thoughts that make you happy and keep you busy. Beating this crap is mostly mental.

i went to a party friday night with some friends had a few drinks relaxed and a great time.not once did my left hand bother me and felt no twitching, whats better i never thought about it once! arm is a bit sore today but i feel so much better in myself.....chin up people xx

Bubbles...glad to hear that you got out & didn't feel a thing!! My spouse & I are going on a 7 day cruise in a few weeks & I would love to have 7 days of no twitching & fun. :D)

And another good day! Still have the grandparents staying and we did more nice things that we don't normally do even though I live in london. I had the odd tight feeling in the knee but the thumb is ok. I did a weeny self test (getting out of chair on one leg 8 reps each leg) but that was it - a HUGE improvement from last week. Now I'm lying here in bed listening to the "UKs storm of the decade" but so far not that bad! Xx
