Fibromyositis Diagnosis and Results

I had that happen Jan 98 , soles of feet felt bruised. also had fogginess, poor sleep, felt sleepy and fatigued. went through numerous tests, my primary care physician after 2 months dx'd me with fibromyositis which in the fibromyalgia and CFS family. prescribed a very small amout of nortryptiline?/ to be taken at bedtime. positive results almost immediately. Now I've been dealing with 7 months(see post) of symptoms. Neuro saw me today and is calling BFS and maybe in combo with fibro/CFS! he released me w/out any follow up MRI or EMG. His clinical exam and my questions point away from MS or ALS. No weakness detected and he examined my tongue and he's not concerned. I'm relieved ; just hope I start feeling better. I'm bumping this up because on another thread I started, I've had two others tell of the same kind of sensitivity/pain in the bottoms of their feet. It sounds like this could be another symptom of the condition, and I'd like to troll for even more evidence of that.
On the other thread, Twitching Man said that his neuro told him it is probably another symptom. If only I had such an open minded/enlightened neuro. Mine doesn't even seem to be aware that there is such a condition.
