Fasciculations Without Feeling?

Do any of you ever get fasiculations that are light or one that you can see but not feel. I have this one spot in my shoulder that I can't feel like all the other twitches.

I get em on my shoulders and back they feel like little pops or grapepie here and there. I have descrided it as bugs crawling,cobwebs brushing etc

I get them in my calves. I will think I am having no twitches and then look at my calves and they will have very fine surface ripples.

For me the fine twitches that are noticed only by sight are my feet and calves.
