I have a question for everyone, it may seem silly but I have to know if any of you have this issue too? Ok I have a lot of small facial twitches but when I open my mouth as absolutely far and wide as I can my lips and cheeks twitch so bad they almost bounce! Also when I smile as big as I can it does the same thing! I have had both my mother and husband try it and neither of theirs does it! What do you all think? I'm extremely worried about ALS because I twitch all over tongue and all and have swallowing issues! My chin always feels weird like stiff or something also at the corners of my mouth!

you had a clean EMG, no clinical weakness...certainly sounds more like BFS than anything else. You need to get a hold of your anxiety levels and you will see many things calm down. Maybe not go away but certainly calm down. No matter what is going on if you don't get your anxiety down you will suffer far worse than you need to.
