Exploring Strange Sensations

For two weeks I feel strange hmmm how to name it - buzzing inside my feets. It seems like my muscles just under the skin were twiching but I can't see any twiches - they are to small. Also, sometimes I feel pain. Do you have similar experiences???? I feel quite odd with this condition...

as I can see you are from Poland; Slav's broterhood; little comunity here on Forum. Your description sounds like caused by spine. Very common complain is tingling in feet, buzzing, twitching, needles and pins...you named it whatever. However we all have benign fasciculations, sometimes alot of things are due to our spine. Do not worry. If you can do CT or MR your back. Slavin

These vibrations and buzzing are really strange. I know that these are very fast fasiculations and after almost a year I got used to them but it is so strange feeling that my burning ambition is to simply delete them, cancel or what ever you can imagine including decapitation of them or a crusade against them :D) :D)

I'm not sure they are "true" fasciculations, thought they may feel this way. I've read quotes from neurologists saying that these kinds of sensations had nothing to do with fasciculations and are not symptomatic of anything serious. Also like I said, if they are very fast fasciculations, they should be visible, or at least able to be felt under the skin, and whenever I tried this while experiencing this symptom I could never do that. But be happy that they aren't fasciculations! If they aren't then it's nothing to worry about (and even if they are, it still isn't anything to worry about). :D)

Here's that quote I told you about, you can find it in "BFS in a Nutshell."

"Some of the symptoms you have (vibrating, bubbling sensations, etc) are not related to the fasciculations. They are NOT symptoms of ALS, which is a motor disease. In my experience, most people with these symptoms are found to have underlying anxiety. I can't say whether the anxiety is primary (that is, no apparent cause) or secondary (because you are worried about the other symptoms). Many people with anxiety-related symptoms do not experience the usual sensation of anxiety and it may come as a surprise."

Pike-

I have had constant twitches in my left foot/arch for 2 years now. They stared in my feet and now I get them all over. My arm at the top is twitching as we speak. I am now having a LOT of pain in the foot that twithces all the time. Try to be calm and go see a neuro for it. I have had two clean EMG's so far. I think the twitching just causes the muscle to be sore thats all.
