Hi!!For those of you who have experienced buzzing/internal vibration/internal tremor - I wonder at times if we use those terms interchangeably or if they mean different things to different people? I was hoping I could get some of you to describe what you actually feel and how you use those terms and how long your symptoms last? I'll try to explain how I feel and how I use to terms:Internal Tremor - Very distinct feeling that my insides are shaking. Not just a sensation on the skin, but deep inside the muscles or body. For me, can occur body wide, but originally started in just a foot and then leg, or arm, etc. Most noticeable when I'm sitting quietly or laying down. Can happen at any time of the day/night - sometimes wake from sleep with an attack of internal tremoring. The feeling of internal tremor is like the hand or arm want to move, but just aren't. For me, these can last for a minute to hours. This can happen during times of stress, but most often I can't associate it happening with any triggering event. Internal Buzzing/Vibration - I use these two interchangeably. It can be the sensation of a generator/motor running - often perceived to be on the skin or in the muscle (but maybe not as deep as the tremor.) It's often a general feeling of shakiness or unstudiness. It can happen in a foot, leg, arm, trunk, or entire body. Also, most noticeable when sitting quietly or laying down, but I can notice this at times even when active. Again, the length of time varies - can be moments or can last all day. Typically cannot associate this happening with a triggering event.I know others on here have experienced these things - I just find them SO unsettling - and as hard as I'm trying to get a grip these feelings are the thing that keep me anxious about what's happening to my body - I would really appreciate feedback from anyone willing to share their experience. Thanks.
