Experiencing Micro Twitches Body Wide

On a few occasions, I have had what I call micro twitches body wide. It feels like small, deep twitches throughout my entire body, from the neck down. There are numerous ones going on at the sime time, like the christmas tree lights in the blinking mode. Cant see them, but can feel them. This can last up to a couple of hours or so. Anyone else ever have these?

Yes, everyday too. I notice them mostly when lying in bed or trying to relax on the couch or sitting in a meeting.

I get these too. Reasurrance that many people have the same symptoms without permanent ill effects.Tom
