EMG Results: Fear of Worse?

I have a question regarding the EMG. If the EMG is done while I feel twitches, is there any chance that it will clean? Can they see whether twitches are caused by ALS or by BFS? I am just scared that it will make things even worse and my fear even bigger if the result of the EMG is bad.

I have twitches big time and had them during the test. Yes, he could tell it was not ALS. The EMG was clean. He said it's BFS..
