Decrease in Twitching, Vibrating Feelings?

My twitches have seem to decrease significantly over the last week. It was about 6 weeks straight relentless twitching and now it seems over the past few days to have died down a alot. I would say almost 80%. However now I am getting some vibrating feelings in the arches of my feet and pinky fingers on my hands. Does this sound like a sign that it is getting better, or just changing its face for the time being?

Sounds like it is just being difficult. My twitches have died down and I have the strongest vibration \ shaky \ tremory feelings all over both legs now. I also get pain constantly al the way up both legs!!! I hate this.......

Hey kiddo. It seems that when the twitching dies down is when we start to notice some of the other symptoms like the buzzing, strained, achey, crampy, tremory, ratchety...shall I go on or are you getting the picture  At any rate, I have always said that in the beginning I thought the twitches were the worst and then when I got the other stuff I actually missed the twitching because THAT becomes like background noise and it can be kind of tough to ignore some of the other things. Rest assured though that it will all evenutally calm down until the next flare  With any luck you will have your next flare never:) So...speaking as an oldtimer (fabulous looking and very young for an oldtimer ;) ) take it for what it is worth...you know whatcha got and it ain't gonna kill ya' so don't pay it any mind!Smooches,Kit

I agree with Kit...its just another "phase" of bfs...however you can always hope that the twitching wont come back. ;)I dont twitch near as much as I used to either...and I have very very few and far between of the other "stuff" that comes along with bfs. I'm hoping it will stay like this...but I'm not naieve enough to believe with 100% certainty that I'm done with all of this.I did have something quite interesting happen to me last night...I may get up the courage to post it after another cup of coffee. (unless someone wants to give me Tequila)  ;)

Hey there, I actually had BFS a while back and it stopped. I dont know how where or when...AND now as you have..I dont persay twitch as much as do I feel vibrating and tickles here and there. Its just another phase of anxiety I think b/c Im one with my twitching now..they dont phase me so BFS is gonna throw me for another loop OR TRY TOO  but I have it conquered. I posted my story. I hope it helps some. Hey atleast your vagina doesn't TWITCH  Makes for a interesting day!!Warm Wishes, Lovely

I really appreciate your view point and agree. Mine is definiately fuled by anxiety and I just had my grandmother die last week of ALS so that never helps. I also has a great uncle. I know their symptoms were nothing like mine and I don't really fear ASL. My thing was MS or Parkinsons. MS was ruled out with an MRI, but I still get the Parkinsons fear here and there, especailly if I get a finger twitch. I have started CBT as well. Once a week, hopefully that will help. I know my sister twitches as well, but she doesn't care so it is nothing to her. Weird how two people can have similiar symptoms and one could care less and the other goes down the trail of fear. Thanks for your comments. I hope the twitches do turn to vibrations and then nothing. At least I think of them as dying down. Like they don't have the energy to twitch so they just vibrate and are slowly going away. Even if thats not true I just keep telling myself that. :)
