Dealing with Weird Sensation

Hey all, it's been a while since I have posted on here since I have been trying to deal with my deamons. And overall, I have done well. However, I have a new worry (don't we all!) and this place has been a great place for support.I have all the same stuff that most have on here, so I won't get into my history. My newest worry is this wierd sensation behind my left shoulder blade. It's almost like I can feel my muscle on a small level contracting a bit. Very slow and methodical. It's not a twitch (at least not anything like the many others I have) and I cannot see it, but I definately can feel it. It's fairly consistent and happens in the same spot and tends to happen when I lean over to write something...type on a keyboard etc...it has been happening for about a month now and has me very worried (just like everything else at some point).I do utilize the search function so as to not ask the same questions over and over, but could not find anything matching this (other than one person whose posts scared the crap out of me). BTW, I'm 8 months into this thing and loving every second of it :)So, has anyone else experienced something similar? Any reassuring words?I greatly appreciate your time and help!Cheers,Michael

I would say I have those feelings (if I get you correctly) fairly often. Don't particularly care for them, but then there is not one single thing about BFS that I do like except for the fact that it has made me appreciate life more. Soooooo...there is that! I live in San Ramon, CA btw -- what part of CA are you in?

Thanks for the reply _BlueWolf92. Ya, it's a weird one to describe. I'm down in San Diego...I have been through San Ramon a few times a couple years back.

Hi Michael, I'm not sure I've experienced exactly what you describe, but 14 months into this I still get random issues pop up. I think we become so hyper aware of our body, that we recognize every new symptom. I bet you that your current shoulder symptom will be gone or wax and wane like so many BFS symptoms.Volfan: When I use to live in the Bay Area, my husband and I would drive all the way to San Ramon to eat at Daphne's Greek Cafe, It's a very nice area.
