Dealing With BFS: Fatiqued and Twitching

I've had the bicep twitching and yes my shirt or coat will move. I get this time to time. I'll have it for a week and then it goes away. Fatiqued can be part of many things, bfs one. I have it just about everyday. I get every twitch when lying in bed to. Believe in bfs in a nutshell. I know it's hard but it's a frustrating benign condition.

I also have bicep twitching which comes and goes. When this started it used to be a thump, thump, thumper. Then it changed to being more sporadic and pinging the muscle here and there.

I usually don't twitch much in my biceps but today I was seated at my desk and out of the blue I had a dozen or so observable thumpers in my left bicep.

I just got back from a hour walk and now my feet are giving off tiny twitches with a feeling of burning coming and going.

It's weird stuff but after dealing with this for 10 months I am no longer getting all worked up over it.

If I get any twitches in my biceps - they are the big thumpers - can be seen through my shirt.
Doesn't happen very often, more so in the beginning

right bicep will visibly jump quite a lot when i get my thumpers, i dont take any notice of them now though.

although you should have seen it 30th december last year when i was standing at the end of the asle watching my very soon to be wife walk up in her wedding dress.... nerves me thinks hehe
