Constant Toe Twitching - Help?

I know the board has been inundated with feet / toe twitching questions lately, but I just wanted to ask whether anyone has had a constant twitch going on in their little toe? Mine started last night and is still going (the twitch is moving the toe). I had sort of got used to have all over "one prod" twitches, but this one is bothering me. After not googling *** boards for a while, I went on again this morning, but fortunately found nothing about *** presenting as a toe twitch. However, as you all know, just going on those boards quadruples your anxiety levels. Any input would be appreciated.

Toes twitch. When you have bfs you twitch...you twitch, get it?

My toes twitch from time to time along with my arches... No worries... Don't google again.... it will only cause worry.

Hey, I got that! I call it the "this little piggy cried wee wee wee twitch", it's been crying nearly nonstop for the last eight months! It has even spread to the piggy that had roast beef and the piggy that had none and the one that stayed home! Only the piggy that went to market has seemed to escape the fiasco. Lucky Piggy. As you can see all this twitching has made me bonkers
