Conquering Parkinson's Fear

SO i still have my fear of having parkinson's...when I get over one fear of a symptom another comes up...please help me out with this I feel like Im driving my family nuts asking questions about it. When I put my forarm on my leg and my hand dangles between my legs i look down and it looks like the one hand is tremoring a little....my question is this normal? do others have this or just me?

You're not alone. My hands/arms and feet used to shake badly when I was holding them in certain positions. Now it's not as bad as it used to be...

Tremor is common with BFS. Just use the search feature and see how often it is mentioned here, and that should help you see that you are not alone. Tremoring was always my most disturbing symptom. Blessings, Sue

I also have shaking when my hands or legs are in a certain position as well. After holding something for a bit I experience a tremor in my hand that goes away after a bit with rest. It seems for me it switches sides, one day it will be my right side shaking, the next day it will be my left. It's really weird to say the least and the tremors are also my most disturbing symptom as well.
