Cold Temperature & BFS: Help Needed

Does anyone here share this? Cold things cause me pain since BFS started. I just took a beer out of the fridge and the cool glass made my left hand ache like hell.....I've noticed this before, that my muscles seem more stiff in colt temperatures, but this was real pain!

Yes. I attribute at least a portion of this to poor circulation and have found that increasing blood flow with movement or static exercise alleviates it a bit. It seems to go hand in hand with me - my cold sensitivity has always been worse when my muscles are tense. You just have to shake it off and keep moving if possible - you'll prob notice that it doesn't occur or occurs to a lesser degree when you have been physically active?

No problems at all with cold intolerance. In fact, I have never liked heat and am generally more comfortable in 68 degrees than I am in 78 degrees room temperature. No problems with taking cold things out of the fridge or freezer.

Me too I have been really suffering because of the cold and of I hold things that are cold my hands will ache...can't wait for summer...

I'm from ballarat in melbourne, Victoria, Australia the universe...and it's cold here last month of winter then spring and then summer I can't wait.... :)
