Chills and Hormones Experienced

Although I have not been diagnosed, (not been to the doc yet). I get those chills you are talking about. Like a goose bump that you can feel going over your body. It seems to come in waves and then goes, sometimes followed up with being hot. I don't know how old you are but I chalk it up to hormones.

Rest easy. I have had this periodically for over one year now. I have been dxed with bfs if that is a consolation to you. The best advice I can give you is to stay off of the internet and live your life.

Living, dying, whatever - just live it out - moment by moment. The fear is a projection into an uncertain future which has no certainty to begin with...
